Testing...Testing...1,2,3, Testing
We're just finalizing the login and cart but we'd love your input. What should we call the cart? The person who names the cart wins a SWEET scrapbook prize from CropChocolate.com!
In other news, the New Moon ticket contest begins tomorrow. We will monitor traffic from September 1st through November 1st and whichever city or area sends the most clicks wins! Now...how do we decide who will get to go in the winning city/area? The top scrapbook product purchasers!!! Each winner will receive 2 tickets!
Did you know that Kristen Stewart had to wear brown contact lenses for Twilight? Her natural eye color is green but since Stephenie Meyer's book character has brown eyes, Stewart wore brown lenses though out filming.
Sweet scrapbooking!

The More to Love You With...
This weekend we're finalizing the testing on a few things:
1. A sign in so we remember you. We'll save your name, phone, email, shipping and billing address so you don't have to reenter it over and over. We won't save financial data for your security.
2. A bi-monthly shipping option. We are creating a shopping cart that you can add or subtract product from and we'll ship it on the 1st and the 16th. We will offer flat-rate shipping--at a sweet price of course--for all the product you can fit in your bottomless cart or you can ship immediately. We know it's taken some time to test but we wanted to do it right.
More information on the New Moon movie giveaway coming soon.

More Details...
What if you lived in Forks, Washington? Would you continually look over your shoulder? Would you be scared if you saw a tall, dark, insipid man, or would your heart beat faster, gushing blood up your neck to your head attracting the pale man's sniff?
Well here's what we'd do at CropChocolate.com. RUN!
Better yet, RUN to your computer and check CropChocolate.com because it will increase your chances to win.
Here's what we're doing. We're giving New Moon tickets to customers who live in the city that visits CropChocolate.com and The Crop the most. But wait, there's more. We're renting a theater in the city that visits CropChocolate.com and The Crop the most and inviting as many of you as we can to watch the movie together.
So tell your friends and family--they'll increase your chances to win!
*If you live in Forks, WA--or another small town--don't get scared. If a city near you wins, we'll invite YOU too!
We are sooooo SWEET on YOU!...and Edward.
More details to come.

The End of a...Blog
I was shocked to see Scapsmack closed for business. From time-to-time I would check them out to see what the latest gossip was in the scrapbook world. After reading the explaination, I can see why the site was shut down. There was bullying, name calling and downright crudity--comments included 4-letter words, call-outs and the like.
The Author writes, "This place was also my own guilty pleasure. I understand ... I mourn it's loss in my own way, even tho it was by my own hand. I know there were better times when this place made things happen, but those days are long, long passed."

New(ish) Film, Same Old Stereotypes
This weekend I snuggled up to my love and watched "New In Town", a romantic comedy staring Harry Connick Jr. and Renee Zellweger. The only thing remarkable about the film was the expected portrayal of what Hollywood thinks a scrapbooker is--a frumpy old maid that has nothing better to do than cook, watch NASCAR and scrap.
Well we have some news for Hollywood--CropChocolate.com has shipped product to Paris, Sydney, London, and Munich. Through 3rd party shippers we have shipped to Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. But what may be most shocking to the Hollywood types is this; New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Houston are CropChocolate.com's highest grossing cities...in that order.
At CropChocolate.com we believe: cooking shows love--weather it's white truffles or hot dogs. Football, baseball and NASCAR brings us together as families. Scrapbooking preserves emotion. Nothing is as thoughtful as making a card for a loved one. Minnesota is a beautiful place. Trucks are cool.
So Hollywood, you can keep your elitist views of the American people but at CropChocolate.com, we'll take the people.

Back To Schoool
One of the classic scenes captured on the silver screen was when the man-child character Billy Madison agreed to go back to school. From outside his father's mansion he sings his "Back To School" song:
Here at CropChocolate.com, we have our lunch packed up and our boots tied tight and once school starts we'll be selling new, SWEET product at prices you've come to love.
In the meantime, we have had hundreds of requests for some of the best sellers so you can come and get more of your past favorite treats!
