Livin' the Weekend de Loca...
It may not sound crazy to you but one thing we get a thrill out of is seeing the la Carte orders go through. We've seen orders that are as high as $758.34 and $684.18, we've seen customers order 3 sets of 11 different items, between 10:00 AM Eastern and 11:00 AM Eastern on Sunday we saw so many orders go through that a few customers saw "the hourglass" for several minutes.
We know it's frustrating when you don't know why you didn't get an email confirmation or when the hourglass sat and turned. If you have any questions regarding your order email us at cs [at] cropchocolate.com and we will get a response to you tout de suite.
We have upgraded our emails systems recently so that every month we are allotted a certain number of emails. Thinking that the allotment would be enough, we went to bed peacefully on Saturday night--only to be surprised that we had to purchase the allowance of more emails. This effected the confirmation emails that were to be sent out for a few hours on Sunday. We are sorry.
Again, if you have a question about your order please contact us. We are way SWEET on YOU for helping us grow and become more of what you want!
Sweetly,
CropChocolate.com
wow ! thank you for listening to all of our suggestions! i have really enjoyed all of my goodies!
ReplyDeleteWow! Over $700 of CC goodies! I'm jealous and wish my budget would allow.... Unfortunately, I had to cut some items from my carte. One of the things I really appreciate about CC is that it makes it easier for me to stick to my budget. If I go over in my carte, I can eliminate until it's within. Hoping one day I'll be in a place where skies the limit! LOL!
ReplyDeleteOne question I have is when I sign on to your website, it says your website certificate is invalid. I see a lot of customers use your site, but I wonder what that means? This is why I agree with having a place for FAQs. I'm also having a hard time figuring out how to post this comment under anything else besides anonymous! I've also had a hard time with getting items in to la carte. I do appreciate your listening to your customers. I think it is what makes you so successful. Maybe you can address these issues. Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with the comment of Anonymous #2 above - when I sign in I always see a notice saying your website is invalid - I even emailed you once about it. I was assured everything was fine, but it is RATHER disconcerting.
ReplyDeleteHi! Great questions. When you sign on to CropChocolate.com our security certificate is on the front page--that's why in the address bar you see an https rather than the standard http. Because we store secure data we decided to keep our whole site secure not just the shopping cart--except for on the blog but we have a different backend for the blog. The reason you see the a warning is not because our certificate is invalid but because we opted for a security certificate through a provider that Internet Explorer askes you to approve. Once you do that it will recognize the cert. There are other certificates that we continually look into to avoid this but they just cost more because they've partnered with Microsoft without giving added security.
ReplyDeleteAs for commenting on the blog, if you look up in the upper right hand corner there is a sign in. This will recognize you if you have a blogger, gmail, blogspot, etc. username and password. Since we use blogger as our backend to our blog you have to sign in seperately.
