Black Friday v. Cyber Monday
OK, we know where you want to be on Friday and we're guessing that it's not stuck in front of your computer. We're the same. As much as we love our CropChocolate.com family, we want to be with Huck. So on Black Friday we will be running 2 Decadent Deal only. One at 10:00 AM MST and 6:00 PM MST. Then on Saturday we'll run as usual.
On Monday, when the kids are back in school and the stores have been torn apart, we'll run the biggest sale we've had yet! A Cyber Monday Sale! Some rules will be the same--you'll only be able to grab 1 item--but we're gonna give you a little more time to check out.
We've had fun these past two Fridays testing the clearance and we moved over 7,000 items off our shelves. One concern we have is some product was damaged en route to our warehouse and we've been trying to get more. Like the photo cubes or the Bling kit--they looked great in the boxes they came in but some were too badly damaged. This time we're gonna check every item before selling it. We've done lots and lots gooder since our challenges last spring and we're continually working to improve.

The Online Crop and the la Carte
It's fair to call the Online Crop (should that be capitalized?) a success--even a big success. We had 300 entries and over 100 customers share the CropChocolate.com SWEETNESS. Throughout the week we will be announcing the winners for each challenge just like we did last night. We are waiting for final decisions from the judges on a few challenges and we are doing an audit on the "Likes" for each challenge. We have already credited $110 in CropCredit to last night's winners and we will be sending out prizes and CropCredits as the final audit numbers and judged tallies come in. It's been fun for us to watch and we can't wait to do it again. A BIG thanks to Megan Ann for all her work and for the Chocolatiers who helped.
You will notice that we've pushed the number of days to check out back to 45. We did a little experiment on Friday with offering a FREE HOTchocolate with every order and we feel the results were promising. Plus, we want to give Canadian and international customers more time. So we will be offering incentives like HOTchocolate, CropCredit and other prized to those who check out during certain weeks.
One more bit of news we haven't shared. All those who entered in the Online Crop will be issued CropCredit for their entries. We really can't believe the talent and creativity of the CropChocolate.com family... well actually we can believe it!

An Update...
With so many items coming up with just 50 or less units available, we are going to even out the playing field to give those who are on the site the best chance at getting the sweet deals that they want. Over the next two days of clearance, you will only be able to add 1 item at a time. This will give 5o people a chance to get the item rather than 16.
The deals start at 10:oo AM MST!

Not Quite Black Friday but SWEET Friday
What does a liquidator do when they need to liquidate? Well, they liquidate. Tomorrow, on November 12th, CropChocolate.com is going to sell a new deal at least every 30 minutes starting at 10:00 AM MST. But here's the catch--actually there's no catch there's a hook--we're selling our excess inventory at the SWEETEST prices EVER! For example, the Fa La La Clear Stamps by Making Memories had a $20 MSRP. We've sold them for as low as $6.99, they'll be sold for 2.99 tomorrow. Or there's those ribbon packs by BasicGrey that sold in stores for $24.00 for 4 of them. We sold them for $9.99 but they'll be half that.
We have tons of SWEET deals coming tomorrow but, OK, there will be a catch. Since we're trying to liquidate, you will only have 3 days to get this item at such a sweet deal! With some items, we only have 20 or so so please, if you're only going to get 1, only put that single item in your la Carte.
Also, as we are migrating our site on more server space, there may be a short time when CropChocolate.com is unavailable this evening around 9:00 PM MST.
