More Sweetness!

Since we had such great success the past few weeks with clearance days, we're gonna add a feature to our method of product offerings. Now we're going to make the number of items you can get and the number of days to check out that item specific to the product rather than the day. What this means is we will be able to offer some clearance items mid-week while featuring brand new product on the same day. The number of days to check out the item will be based on how long we've had the item(s) in our inventory. The number of units you can add to your la Carte will be based on the # of items available. It's gonna be SWEET!

What's enabled us to do this is... well Chris. What else has enabled us to do it? We've hired a buyer. Amber is a stay-at-home new mom that was looking for a super flex, part-time job. With years of industry experience and success, we offered her a pretty SWEET position and she's gonna give you more SWEET deals! She's been looking at the Wish List in SweetTALK and has already hit the ground running. I gotta be honest, my workload has been quite heavy for the past 18 months and with Amber on-board, it's going to free up my time giving me time to add new product, more time to manage the current product with more aggressive discounts and alternating checkout times for product and more time with Huck. Hopefully I can cut my weekly hours to 60. That's the goal.

So what's SWEET?

1. Amber
2. Deeper discounts
3. Ability to control # of items you can add to your la Carte by product. We have lots of stuff from BasicGrey, Fancy Pants, and others with only 20-30 units available. We want to give 30 individuals a chance to get that stuff rather than a selective few.
4. Less days to check out clearance so we can put Amber to work and buy more!
