Exploding Box - D2 - DeeDee
"Hello Chocolate lovers!! I have an exploding box to share with you today made out of Echo Park's SPLASH collection! All the work done with this line has been so gorgeous I just had to give it a go! My video is based on how I cute my pieces out (including the lid) and assembled. At the end of the video is a quick "tour" of my finished box!
Other supplies used: Photo corners, adhesive, Walnut Distress Stain, a brown sharpie, Bazzill cardstock.
Instructions: (please refer to video for cutting specifics!)
1) Cut outside piece from desired cardstock, making the flaps 4 inches by 4 inches and the center square 4 inches by 4 inches (Cut TWO of these.. one for the outside and one for the lid)!
2) Cut middle piece of cardstock, making the outside flaps 3.5 inches by 4 inches and the center square 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches.
3) Cut the inside pieces of cardstock, making the outside flaps 3 inches by 4 inches and the center square 3 inches by 3 inches.
4) Stack and glue pieces
5) Fold lid and glue into place
6) Embellish as desired!
Thanks everyone!
