Description:
1. Cut a cupcake card base by hand or with a die cut machine.
2. Cut pieces of patterned paper and adhere to the front of the card base to form the frosting and wrapper of the cupcake.
3. Create a flag out of a strip of patterned paper and wrap around a toothpick. Cut flag to desired shape. Hold in place with strong adhesive glue (I used Beacon's 3 in 1).
4. Embellish cupcake as desired with ribbon and glitter.
